SUSQUEHANNA RIVER BASIN COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING City of Aberdeen, Maryland Diversion of Water The Susquehanna River Basin Commission (SRBC) will hold a public hearing on November 1, 2018 at the Pennsylvania State Capitol, Room 8E-B, East Wing, Commonwealth Avenue, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. One purpose of the hearing is to receive comments and testimony regarding an application by the City of Aberdeen, Harford County, Md. for a modification to extend the approval term of the out-of-basin diversion of up to 3.000 million gallons per day to be coterminous with a revised Maryland Department of the Environment State Water Appropriation and Use Permit for the Aberdeen Proving Ground-Aberdeen Area.
