Notice of Request For Proposal The Children's Guild, Inc. invites food service management companies to submit sealed bids proposals to provide food services for our Baltimore, MD and Hyattsville, MD campuses that participate in the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program. Specifications and proposals may be obtained at the address below from 10:00 a.m. until 1 pm beginning August 11, 2017 and ending August 25, 2017. Sealed proposals presented in duplicate will be received by The Children's Guild, Inc., 6802 McClean Blvd., Baltimore, Maryland 21234 until 10:00 a.m. on August 25, 2017 for the contract period of August 29, 2017 to August 29, 2018 with a maximum of four annual one-year renewals. Sealed proposals meeting qualification criteria will be publically opened on August 25, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at The Children's Guild, Inc., 6802 McClean Blvd, Baltimore, Maryland 21234 with an award to be announced no later than August 28, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. The Children's Guild, Inc. reserves the right to check all outside references, accept or reject any or all proposals, and to waive any informality in proposals received.
