Baltimore City 201661786/16-WL-1011: MARYLAND DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION PORT ADMINISTRATION, 401 East Pratt Street, Suite 1653, Baltimore, MD 21224, has applied to construct 310 linear feet of steel sheet pile bulkhead; place a new storm drain outfall through the bulkhead and stabilize the new bulkhead and adjacent existing bulkhead by emplacement of 835 linear feet of stone/gravel revetment with a maximum encroachment 70-feet from the mean high water line. The purpose of the project is to upgrade an existing marine facility. The project is located on the Patapsco River, North Locust Point Marine Terminal, 2300 East Fort Ave, Baltimore MD 21230.
